• No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for our indoor dog crates. All sales are final unless the product exhibits a defect in craftsmanship.
• Returns for Defects: Returns are accepted only if the dog crate has a verifiable defect in craftsmanship (e.g., structural flaws, faulty joints, or material issues directly related to our manufacturing process). Cosmetic imperfections inherent to natural wood or minor variations in finish are not considered defects.
• Return Process:
